Absolutely horrible customer service. I offered to pay for replacement parts for a 3 year old canopy purchased and shipped to me and they strung me along for months before no longer responding. I later contacted them via e-mail and phone again regarding the paint bubbling on my canopy, and they stopped responding all together in an effort to get out of a warranty issue - breaching their warranty contract. My three year old canopy struts have failed, the poorly designed plastic tailgate lip that had a fracture in it has now broken entirely and the paint has developed small bubbles in it. Do not trust Arrow Canopies to provide a solid product, provide any form of reasonably acceptable customer service, or to honor their warranty. Our family will never purchase an Arrow product again. I went with Arrow because it looked like they had a great product for my 2016 F150 Platinum SuperCrew, and I ended up with a lot of aggravation and disappointment. Now if I want a functioning canopy, I need to buy a new one - just not from Arrow.
